Update on "Johnny D"

While continuing her volunteer work on shore in Haiti, Project HOPE volunteer Carrie Alexander tracked down, "Johnny D", one of the Comfort's most inspiring young patients. Carrie helped care for the young orphan during his treatment on the floating hosptial ship. She was thrilled to be able to check up on him at his new care facility at the Mission of Hope in Haiti. 1. Wonderful to read about how caring America's and Project HOPE's Pediatric Nurse Practitioners can be in complex chaotic Humanitarain Emergencies. The fact you took time to track down this young patient and follow up on his care is amazing and gratifying. Keep up the great work Carrie.
